📋 What we collect — what, when, and where it goes

• Email address — only when you sign in. Signing in is optional; everything except posting to the community works without it. There is no password: you sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email. The address is kept on our server (Netlify) to send the code and keep you signed in, and is removed when you delete your account. Codes and sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes, never in plain text.
• Location — read only when you tap a location button, and only while the app is open (foreground). Coordinates are sent to the recipients below for nearby places, transport, emergency services, weather and AI answers; they are not stored on our server. The app works without location: search by name or pick a region. No background location.
• Questions, search terms and conversations — passed through our server to an AI provider to produce an answer. Not retained on our server; your conversation history stays on your device.
• Voice — the microphone is used only while you ask by voice or use the interpreter. Audio is streamed to Google for live recognition, translation and speech synthesis, and the other party's foreign-language text is sent to Naver Cloud (Papago) for Korean translation. The app does not store recordings.
• Interpreter room (two-device interpretation) — the host creates a room and the other person joins from a browser. Captions and translations are kept temporarily on our server, identified only by the room code (up to the latest 400 lines per room); relayed audio chunks are deleted as newer chunks arrive. A room expires 6 hours after it was created and cannot be accessed afterwards, and an expired room's captions, audio chunks and room record are deleted from the server by an hourly cleanup. Rooms contain no names, location or device information.
• Photos — used only when you photograph a sign, menu or place to ask about it; the image is sent to an AI provider to read text and describe it, then discarded. Not stored on our server (photos you post to the community are handled as described below).
• Community (optional, sign-in required) — posts, comments, one photo, display name, flag, a location label (only if you turn it on), likes and reports that you choose to publish are stored on our server and shown to other users. Authors are identified by a hash of the email; the email itself is never shown.
• On-device only — language, interests, travel records (passport), recent searches, saved cards, exchange-rate cache and interpreter settings. Never sent to our server; removed when you uninstall.

• Place, address and transport search in Korea; Korean-address and travel cards
• AI conversation (K-rang), voice conversation and live interpretation
• Keeping you signed in, community posting, and preventing abuse (impersonation, false reports)
• Bug fixing and service improvement, using only non-identifying operational records

🤝 Recipients (third parties and processors) and cross-border transfer

The providers below may operate servers outside Korea. Each receives only what its function needs.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for any other purpose.

📱 Permissions — all optional; the app works if you decline

• Location — nearby search and weather; requested only when you tap.
• Microphone — voice questions and interpretation.
• Camera — reading signs and menus, scanning QR codes.
• Photo library — picking a photo to ask about or post, and saving a card as an image.

⏱️ Retention

• Email and account: until you delete the account. Sign-in sessions expire 180 days after issue; verification codes expire after 10 minutes.
• Community content: until you delete it or ask us to. A post reported by 3 different users is hidden automatically.
• Interpreter captions: when either side ends the conversation, that room's captions and audio are deleted immediately. Rooms that are not ended become inaccessible after they expire (6 hours) and are deleted from the server by an hourly cleanup.
• AI requests (questions, voice, photos, coordinates): not retained on our server after processing.

🗑️ Deleting your data — in the app, or by email

• Delete account: My page → Delete account. Removes your email from our server, sign-in records on every device, and any pending code. This cannot be undone. Community posts and photos are not removed with the account — delete them in the app or ask us below.
• Delete on-device records: My page → Delete all records. Removes travel and search records stored on this phone.
• Uninstalling removes on-device data. If you created an account, your email remains on our server — please also use "Delete account".
• Without the app: email joonykim69@gmail.com from, or naming, the address you signed in with. We delete the account and community content and confirm by reply.

🔒 Your rights and our safeguards

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time via the contact below, and we act without undue delay. Codes and tokens are stored as hashes, server storage is reachable only by authenticated functions, and all traffic uses HTTPS.

The service is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.

• 提问、搜索词和对话 — 经我们的服务器转发给AI服务商以生成回答。处理后不保留在我们的服务器；对话记录仅保存在您的设备上。
• 语音 — 仅在语音提问或使用口译时使用麦克风。音频会实时传输至 Google 进行识别、翻译和语音合成；口译对方的外语原文会发送至 Naver Cloud (Papago) 进行韩语翻译。应用不保存录音。
• 口译房间（双设备口译） — 主持人创建房间，对方通过浏览器加入。字幕和译文仅以房间代码标识，临时保存在我们的服务器（每个房间最近400行）；转发的音频片段会随新片段到达而依次删除。房间创建6小时后过期，之后无法访问；过期房间的字幕、音频片段和房间信息由每小时的自动清理从服务器删除。房间不包含姓名、位置或设备信息。
• 照片 — 仅在您拍摄招牌、菜单或地点进行提问时使用；照片发送给AI服务商以识别文字和生成说明，随后丢弃。不保存在我们的服务器（您主动发布到社区的照片按下文处理）。
• 社区（可选，需登录） — 您选择发布的帖子、评论、1张照片、显示名称、国旗、位置标签（仅在您开启时）、点赞和举报会保存在我们的服务器并向其他用户公开。作者仅以邮箱哈希标识，邮箱本身不会公开。
• 仅保存在本设备 — 语言、兴趣、旅行记录（护照）、最近搜索、保存的卡片、汇率缓存和口译设置。不会发送到服务器，卸载应用时一并删除。

🎯 使用目的

• 韩国境内地点、地址、交通搜索，以及韩语地址与出行卡片
• AI对话（K-rang）、语音对话和实时口译
• 保持登录、社区发帖与评论、防止滥用（冒名、虚假举报）
• 修复错误和改进服务 — 仅使用不识别个人的运行记录

🤝 接收方（第三方与受托处理）及跨境传输

下列服务商的服务器可能位于韩国境外。每一方仅接收其功能所需的信息。

我们不出售个人信息，也不为上述目的以外的用途向第三方提供。

📱 权限 — 均为可选，拒绝后仍可使用应用

• 位置 — 附近搜索与天气；仅在您点击时请求。
• 麦克风 — 语音提问与口译。
• 相机 — 识别招牌、菜单文字，扫描二维码。
• 相册 — 选择照片提问或发布，以及将卡片保存为图片。

⏱️ 保存期限

• 邮箱与账号：直至您删除账号。登录会话自签发起180天后自动过期；验证码10分钟后过期。
• 社区内容：直至您删除或要求删除。被3位不同用户举报的帖子会自动隐藏。
• 口译字幕：任一方结束对话后，该房间的字幕和语音会立即删除。未结束的房间在过期（6小时）后无法访问，并由每小时的自动清理从服务器删除。
• AI请求（提问、语音、照片、坐标）：处理后不保留在我们的服务器。

🗑️ 删除信息 — 在应用内，或通过邮件

• 删除账号：我的页面 → 删除账号。将删除服务器上的邮箱、所有设备的登录记录和待用验证码。无法撤销。发布到社区的帖子和照片不会随账号一并删除，请在应用内自行删除或按下方方式申请。
• 删除本机记录：我的页面 → 删除全部记录。删除保存在本手机上的旅行与搜索记录。
• 卸载应用会删除本机数据。如果您创建过账号，邮箱仍保留在服务器上，请同时使用"删除账号"。
• 无需应用即可申请删除：请写明登录所用的邮箱，发送至 joonykim69@gmail.com。我们将删除账号和社区内容并回复确认。

🔒 您的权利与安全措施

您可随时通过下方联系方式申请查阅、更正、删除或停止处理个人信息，我们将及时处理。验证码与令牌以哈希保存，服务器存储仅允许经认证的函数访问，所有传输均使用HTTPS。

本服务不面向14周岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集其个人信息。
